Delaware High School Basketball - Wilmington Friends thwarts MOT Charter

The Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) basketball knocked off the visiting MOT Charter Mustangs (Middletown, DE), 75-60 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Quakers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors go into the Independent Schools test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Sanford notched a victory over Salesianum (Wilmington, DE), 49-47, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to St. Elizabeth for a Freelance test on Monday, February 6. MOT Charter will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Vikings record now stands at 11-6.
