South Dakota High School Basketball - Waverly/South Shore knocked off by Warner

The Warner Monarchs basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Waverly/South Shore Coyotes to 39 in the Monarchs league triumph on Saturday.
The Monarchs now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Warner will meet a Pheasants team coming off a 51-33 non-league loss to Vermillion (Vermillion, SD). The Pheasants record now stands at 8-8.
The Coyotes (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hankinson (Hankinson, ND). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Hankinson ran past Wyndmere (Wyndmere, ND), 62-59, in a non-league contest.
