The Blue Ridge Christian Bears basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Ridgeview Christian Crusaders to 29 in the Bears league victory on Saturday.
The Bears now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Thunder Homeschool for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Blue Ridge Christian will battle a Thunder team coming off a 31-29 non-league loss to Mountain View Christian Academy (Winchester, VA). The Thunder record now stands at 2-4.
The Crusaders (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA). The Crusaders come into the Virginia Christian contest with a 0-12 record. In their last contest, United Christian Academy was defeated by Fresta Valley Christian (Marshall, VA), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
