The Buckeye Central Bucks (New Washington, OH) basketball overwhelmed the visiting Bucyrus Redmen (Bucyrus, OH), 65-31 in Saturday's league outing.
The Bucks (17-3) will now prepare for their outing against Mapleton (Ashland, OH). The Mounties go into the non-league outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Mapleton smashed Crestview (Ashland, OH), 38-33, in a league outing.
The Redmen now hold a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to Elgin for a non-league outing on Monday, February 6. Bucyrus will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 37-27 league win over Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Comets record now stands at 9-11.
