Maine High School Basketball - Caribou routs Orono

In Saturday's league outing, the Caribou Vikings (Caribou, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Orono Riots (Orono, ME), by a margin of 66-24.
The Vikings (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Wildcats go into the B North outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Presque Isle smashed Hermon (Hermon, ME), 47-44, in a league outing.
The Riots now own a 0-16 record. They play next when they host Old Town for a B North outing on Tuesday, February 7. Orono will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 60-30 league win over Bucksport (Bucksport, ME). The Coyotes record now stands at 16-0.
