Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Providence-St. Mel Knights (Chicago, IL), 57-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Christ the King upgrades its record to 18-10 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 12-12. Walther Christian Academy won 31-29 in their recent non-league bout against Harvest Christian Academy (Elgin, IL)
