The Madison La Follette Lancers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Janesville Parker Vikings to 42 in the Lancers league victory on Saturday.

The Lancers now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beloit Memorial for a Big Eight contest on Tuesday, February 7. Madison La Follette will battle a Purple Knights team coming off a 79-42 league loss to Middleton (Middleton, WI). The Purple Knights record now stands at 3-16.

The Vikings (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Madison West (Madison, WI). The Regents come into the Big Eight contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Madison West was defeated by Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI), 77-23, in a league contest.
