In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lathrop Malemutes (Fairbanks, AK) basketball squad felled the visiting Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK), by a margin of 47-35.
The Malemutes (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Anchorage Christian (Anchorage, AK). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 11-2 record.
The Moose now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Anchorage Christian for a 4A Northern Lights outing on Wednesday, February 8. Palmer will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 89-18 non-league win over Valdez (Valdez, AK). The Lions record now stands at 11-2.
