Maine High School Basketball - Shead thwarts Lee Academy

The Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME) basketball knocked off the host Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), 41-30 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers (2-14) will now prepare for their test against Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Bangor Christian notched a victory over Greenville (Greenville, ME), 28-26, in a non-league test.
The Pandas now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they host Woodland for a C North test on Wednesday, February 8. Lee Academy will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 51-37 non-league win over Shead (Eastport, ME). The Dragons record now stands at 10-7.
