Ursuline Academy Raiders (Wilmington, DE) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE), 82-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ursuline Academy upgrades its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Raiders host Caravel (Bear, DE) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 10-3. Caravel won 70-52 in their recent non-league bout against Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE)

Next up, the play the St. Elizabeth Vikings (Wilmington, DE) in a Catholic bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Padua Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 58-17 non-league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE).
