The Scappoose Indians basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Tillamook Cheesemakers to 29 in the Indians league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Astoria for a 4A Cowapa contest on Tuesday, February 7. Scappoose will meet a Fishermen team coming off a 59-33 league win over Seaside (Seaside, OR). The Fishermen record now stands at 17-2.
The Cheesemakers (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen enter the 4A Cowapa contest with a 18-2 record. In their last contest, Astoria triumphed over Scappoose (Scappoose, OR), 53-44, in a league contest.
