The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Minuteman Regional Minuteman (Lexington, MA) and the visiting Academy of Notre Dame Lancers (Tyngsborough, MA), observed Minuteman Regional's basketball team knock off Academy of Notre Dame by a score of 81-67.

The Minuteman (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA). The Eagles come into the Commonwealth - Lower challenge with a 13-2 record. In their last challenge, Mystic Valley Regional prevailed over Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA), 84-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lancers encounter the Rockport Vikings (Rockport, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Academy of Notre Dame will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record.
