Michigan High School Basketball - Alanson holds off Mackinaw City

The Alanson Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Mackinaw City Comets to 42 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Harbor Light Christian for a Northern Lakes game on Friday, February 7. Alanson will confront a Swordsmen team coming off a 90-12 league win over Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI). The Swordsmen record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Mackinaw City falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI) to confront the Loggers in a Northern Lakes game on Friday, February 7. The Loggers go into the game with a record of 0-9. Boyne Falls lost 90-12 in their recent league game against Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI)
