The Albia Blue Demons basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Davis County Mustangs to 50 in the Blue Demons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Demons now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Pleasantville for a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. Albia will confront a Trojans team coming off a 71-52 non-league win over Woodward Academy (Woodward, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-8.

With the loss, Davis County falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Chariton (Chariton, IA) to confront the Chargers in a South Central game on Friday, February 7. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 9-8.
