The Hawks (6-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Garland Christian Academy (Garland, TX). The Swordsmen come into the TAPPS 2A District 3 challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Garland Christian Academy prevailed over Prestonwood Christian North (Prosper, TX), 53-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Ovilla Christian Eagles (Red Oak, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 3 challenge, on Friday, February 7. Cambridge will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 21-6 record after their 92-65 league loss to First Baptist (Dallas, TX).
