The Dougherty Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Amador Valley Dons to 50 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to Dublin for a East Bay game on Friday, February 7. Dougherty Valley will confront a Gaels team coming off a 76-55 league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Gaels record now stands at 21-4.

With the loss, Amador Valley falls to 17-8 on the campaign. The Dons host Foothill (Pleasanton, CA) to confront the Falcons in a East Bay game on Friday, February 7. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 12-13. Foothill lost 59-55 in their recent league game against California (San Ramon, CA)
