Texas High School Basketball - Lake Travis defeats Austin

The Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Austin Maroons (Austin, TX), 61-41 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 17-16 record. They play next when they host Bowie for a 6A Region IV District 26 bout on Friday, February 7. Lake Travis will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-40 league win over Austin (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-14.
With the loss, Austin falls to 7-22 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Del Valle (Del Valle, TX) to play the Cardinals in a 6A Region IV District 26 bout on Friday, February 7. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 15-16. Del Valle lost 63-60 in their recent league bout against Akins (Austin, TX)
