The McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) basketball crushed the host Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX), 68-33 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 20-9 record. They play next when they travel to Navarro for a 5A Region III District 24 bout on Friday, February 7. McCallum will play a Vikings team coming off a 55-26 league loss to Anderson (Austin, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 8-17.
With the loss, Bastrop falls to 9-22 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Cedar Creek (Cedar Creek, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region III District 24 bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 18-14.
