The Battle Ground Academy Wildcats (Franklin, TN) basketball crushed the host Middle Tennessee Christian Cougars (Murfreesboro, TN), 82-33 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 17-10 record. They play next when they host Columbia Academy for a Division II-A Middle District 3 bout on Friday, February 7. Battle Ground Academy will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 69-45 league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, Middle Tennessee Christian falls to 2-19 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Grace Christian Academy (Franklin, TN) to play the Lions in a Division II-A Middle District 3 bout on Friday, February 7. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 9-13. Grace Christian Academy lost 66-55 in their recent league bout against University School of Nashville (Nashville, TN)
