In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Brock Eagles basketball team scored a big 85-61 triumph over the Brownwood Lions.

The Eagles (24-8) will now prepare for their contest against Stephenville (Stephenville, TX). The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees go into the 4A Region I District 6 contest with a 22-8 record. In their last contest, Stephenville was trounced by Glen Rose (Glen Rose, TX), 60-45, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Mineral Wells Rams (Mineral Wells, TX) in a 4A Region I District 6 contest, on Friday, February 7. Brownwood will attempt to better on its 13-18 season record.
