The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Calvary Christian Academy LIONS (Dover, DE) and the visiting Faith Baptist School Falcons (Salisbury, MD), observed Calvary Christian Academy's basketball team overwhelm Faith Baptist School by a score of 73-41.
The LIONS (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Chestertown Christian Academy (Chestertown, MD). The Patriots come into the Delaware Valley Christian challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Chestertown Christian Academy was routed by Concord Christian Academy (Wilmington, DE), 55-50, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Seaside Christian Academy Fighting Marlins (Ocean City, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Faith Baptist School will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
