The King Panthers basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Channelview Falcons to 34 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 20-8 record. They play next when they host Atascocita for a 6A Region III District 23 game on Friday, February 7. King will confront a Eagles team coming off a 83-61 league win over Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 24-4.

With the loss, Channelview falls to 4-24 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Summer Creek (Houston, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 6A Region III District 23 game on Friday, February 7. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 21-11. Summer Creek won 68-60 in their recent league game against North Shore (Houston, TX)
