In Tuesday's league contest, the host King William Cavaliers basketball team scored a good 57-47 triumph over the Charles City Panthers.
The Cavaliers (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA). The Wolverines go into the Tidewater contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Carver College and Career Academy was topped by King & Queen Central (King & Queen Court House, VA), 70-25, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) in a Tidewater contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Charles City will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Pointers go into the contest with a 5-13 record after their 72-50 league loss to Middlesex (Saluda, VA).
