In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Haynes Academy basketball team scored a big 56-27 triumph over the Christ Episcopal School Wildcats.
The (10-19) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA). The go into the 3A District 9 contest with a 9-17 record. In their last contest, Jefferson RISE Charter smashed South Plaquemines (Buras, LA), 77-71, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Cohen Green Hornets (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Christ Episcopal School will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Green Hornets go into the contest with a 6-18 record after their 78-47 non-league loss to Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA).
