In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Red Lake County Central Mustangs basketball team scored a big 93-51 triumph over the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears.

The Mustangs (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fosston (Fosston, MN). The Greyhounds go into the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Fosston smashed Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN), 64-56, in a league contest.

Next up, the Bears meet the Grygla-Gatzke Eagles (Grygla, MN) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 6. Clearbrook-Gonvick will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 5-14 record after their 73-64 non-league loss to Kittson Central (Hallock, MN).
