Tennessee High School Basketball - Clinton victorious over Gibbs

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Clinton Dragons basketball team scored a good 61-51 triumph over the Gibbs Eagles.

The Dragons (15-10) will now prepare for their contest against Anderson County (Clinton, TN). The Mavericks go into the 3A District 4 contest with a 16-8 record. In their last contest, Anderson County topped Oneida (Oneida, TN), 85-42, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Union County Patriots (Maynardville, TN) in a 3A District 4 contest, on Friday, February 7. Gibbs will attempt to better on its 11-14 season record.
