The Lumberjacks (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Denfeld (Duluth, MN). The Hunters come into the AAA Section 7 challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Denfeld prevailed over Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] (Eveleth, MN), 90-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Thunderhawks battle the Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN) in a AAA Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Grand Rapids will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 77-33 non-league loss to Mounds View (Arden Hills, MN).
