The Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) basketball edged the visiting Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT), 52-45 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Regional for a Shoreline bout on Friday, February 7. Cromwell will play a Warriors team coming off a 65-64 league win over North Branford (North Branford, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 6-11.
With the loss, Morgan falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Huskies host Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT) to play the Cougars in a Shoreline bout on Friday, February 7. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Haddam-Killingworth lost 67-57 in their recent league bout against East Hampton (East Hampton, CT)
