The Delhi Bears (Delhi, LA) basketball crushed the visiting General Trass Panthers (Lake Providence, LA), 80-32 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bears now possess a 20-15 record. They play next when they host Union Parish for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 6. Delhi will play a Farmers team coming off a 39-33 non-league loss to Arcadia (Arcadia, LA). The Farmers record now stands at 13-16.

With the loss, General Trass falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Panthers host Block (Jonesville, LA) to play the Bears in a 1A District 2 bout on Friday, February 7. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Block won 77-41 in their recent league bout against Tensas (St. Joseph, LA)
