Next, the Owls encounter the Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX) in a 2A Region I District 7 test, on Friday, February 7. Reagan County will attempt to improve on its 22-6 season record. The Buffaloes come into the test with a 18-10 record after their 58-55 league loss to Sterling City (Sterling City, TX).

The Eagles (19-11) will now prepare for their test against Christoval (Christoval, TX). The Cougars come into the 2A Region I District 7 test with a 18-12 record. In their last test, Christoval was knocked off by Sonora (Sonora, TX), 48-39, in a league test.
