Connecticut High School Basketball - Fitch nips Norwich Free Academy

February 4, 2025: Groton, CT 06340

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Fitch Falcons basketball team scored a close 50-49 triumph over the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats.

The Falcons (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against East Lyme (East Lyme, CT). The Vikings go into the Eastern Connecticut I contest with a 7-9 record.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the New London Whalers (New London, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut I contest, on Saturday, February 8. Norwich Free Academy will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Whalers go into the contest with a 13-3 record after their 69-55 league win over St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT).
