North Carolina High School Basketball - Forest Hills knocks off West Stanly

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Forest Hills Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a good 62-47 win over the West Stanly Colts.

The Yellow Jackets (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the 2A/3A Rocky River contest with a 1-19 record. In their last contest, Central Academy was topped by Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 87-40, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Colts battle the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) in a 2A/3A Rocky River contest, on Friday, February 7. West Stanly will attempt to better on its 9-13 season record. The Bearcats come into the contest with a 13-8 record after their 69-67 league loss to Piedmont (Monroe, NC).
