Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Travis can't get by Fort Bend Clements

The Fort Bend Travis Tigers basketball squad (Richmond, TX), was nudged 51-49 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX)

With the victory, Fort Bend Clements advances its record to 17-10 on the year. The Rangers travel to Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX) to meet the Broncos in a 6A Region III District 21 battle on Friday, February 7. The Broncos enter the battle with a record of 23-10. Fort Bend Bush won 79-45 in their recent league battle against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX)

The Tigers now own a 27-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Hightower for a 6A Region III District 21 battle on Friday, February 7. Fort Bend Travis will meet a Hurricanes squad coming off a 59-44 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 16-15.
