Texas High School Basketball - Fossil Ridge holds off Saginaw

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Fossil Ridge Panthers basketball team scored a close 51-49 triumph over the Saginaw Rough Riders.

The Panthers (13-17) will now prepare for their contest against Granbury (Granbury, TX). The Pirates go into the 5A Region I District 5 contest with a 13-20 record. In their last contest, Granbury was tipped by Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX), 55-44, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rough Riders confront the Granbury Pirates (Granbury, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Saginaw will attempt to better on its 11-21 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 13-21 record after their 62-58 league loss to Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX).
