In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 80-48 win over the Saline Bobcats.

The Bulldogs (16-9) will now prepare for their contest against Green Oaks (Shreveport, LA). The Giants come into the non-league contest with a 16-15 record. In their last contest, Green Oaks was trounced by Haynesville (Haynesville, LA), 50-46, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Claiborne Christian Crusaders (West Monroe, LA) in a C District 1 contest, on Thursday, February 6. Saline will attempt to better on its 9-23 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 16-15 record after their 59-56 non-league loss to D'Arbonne Woods (Farmerville, LA).
