Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Greater Latrobe triumphant over McKeesport

The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA) and the visiting McKeesport Tigers (McKeesport, PA), observed Greater Latrobe's basketball squad trounce McKeesport by a score of 74-51.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Albert Gallatin Colonials (Uniontown, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 1 test, on Friday, February 7. Greater Latrobe will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record. The Colonials come into the test with a 6-9 record after their 72-39 league loss to Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA).
The Tigers (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Gateway (Monroeville, PA). The Gators come into the WPIAL 5A 1 test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Gateway bounced Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA), 56-50, in a league test.
