Virginia High School Basketball - Turner Ashby knocks off Harrisonburg

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Turner Ashby Knights basketball team scored a good 54-46 win over the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks.
The Knights (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats come into the Valley contest with a 0-20 record. In their last contest, Rockbridge County was topped by Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA), 77-44, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Blue Streaks battle the William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) in a Valley contest, on Friday, February 7. Harrisonburg will attempt to better on its 4-12 season record. The Dragons come into the contest with a 16-3 record after their 57-46 league loss to East Rockingham (Elkton, VA).
