In Tuesday's league test, the Singer Hornets (Singer, LA) basketball squad trounced the host Johnson Bayou Rebels (Cameron, LA), by a score of 69-45.
Next, the Hornets clash with the South Cameron Tarpons (Creole, LA) in a C District 5 test, on Thursday, February 6. Singer will attempt to improve on its 21-13 season record.
The Rebels (10-23) will now prepare for their test against Starks (Starks, LA). The Panthers come into the C District 5 test with a 19-8 record. In their last test, Starks was routed by Hackberry (Hackberry, LA), 62-55, in a league test.
