In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting United South Panthers basketball team scored a good 60-42 triumph over the Laredo LBJ Wolves.
The Panthers (20-11) will now prepare for their contest against Alexander (Laredo, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region IV District 30 contest with a 26-5 record. In their last contest, Alexander topped United (Laredo, TX), 87-70, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves confront the Del Rio Rams (Del Rio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 contest, on Friday, February 7. Laredo LBJ will attempt to better on its 6-26 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 6-25 record after their 65-55 league loss to Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX).
