The Mustangs (26-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Mead Christian Academy (Henderson, NV). The Eagles come into the 2A Southern challenge with a 3-15 record. In their last challenge, Lake Mead Christian Academy was routed by Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV), 71-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the GV Christian Guardians (Henderson, NV) in a 2A Southern challenge, on Friday, February 7. Laughlin will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Guardians come into the challenge with a 9-15 record after their 52-43 league loss to Founders Classical Academy (Las Vegas, NV).
