In Tuesday's league test, the Pymatuning Valley Lakers (Andover, OH) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Maplewood Rockets (Cortland, OH), by a score of 55-39.

Next, the Lakers encounter the Harding Skippers (Fairport Harbor, OH) in a Northeastern test, on Friday, February 7. Pymatuning Valley will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Skippers come into the test with a 11-5 record after their 82-63 league win over Badger (Kinsman, OH).

The Rockets (4-14) will now prepare for their test against Grand Valley (Orwell, OH). The Mustangs come into the Northeastern test with a 17-2 record. In their last test, Grand Valley beat Mathews (Vienna, OH), 61-34, in a league test.
