The Power Center Academy Knights (Memphis, TN) basketball were winner over the host Melrose Golden Wildcats (Memphis, TN), 63-51 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Freedom Prep Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Power Center Academy will play a Eagles team coming off a 61-40 league loss to Wooddale (Memphis, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 9-11.
With the loss, Melrose falls to 2-14 on the campaign. The Golden wildcats host Ridgeway (Memphis, TN) to play the Roadrunners in a 3A District 16 bout on Friday, February 7. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Ridgeway won 76-75 in their recent league bout against Kirby (Memphis, TN)
