In Tuesday's league contest, the host Mission College Prep Royals basketball team scored a good 60-49 win over the San Luis Obispo Tigers.

The Royals (20-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Knights come into the Mountain contest with a 26-1 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph defeated Templeton (Templeton, CA), 104-27, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Atascadero Greyhounds (Atascadero, CA) in a Mountain contest, on Friday, February 7. San Luis Obispo will attempt to better on its 19-7 season record. The Greyhounds come into the contest with a 15-10 record after their 67-51 league win over Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA).
