The Mt. Pleasant Kilties were victorious over the visiting Shea Raiders basketball squad by a final score of 49-38 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next, the Kilties clash with the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division I outing, on Thursday, February 6. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Sentinels enter the outing with a 4-13 record after their 69-50 league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, RI).
The Raiders (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons enter the Division II outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Cranston West ran past Middletown (Middletown, RI), 55-45, in a league outing.
