The Nevis Tigers basketball team scored 94 points and limited the host Pine River-Backus Tigers to 47 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now possess a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to Laporte for a A Section 5 game on Friday, February 7.
With the loss, Pine River-Backus falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 9-9.
