The Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) basketball crushed the host North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN), 99-29 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Sting now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Rush City for a AA Section 6 bout on Friday, February 7. Spectrum will play a Tigers team coming off a 78-64 league loss to Pine City (Pine City, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, North Lakes Academy falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to St. John's Prep (Collegeville, MN) to play the Johnnies in a A Section 5 bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Johnnies go into the bout with a record of 1-9. St. John's Prep lost 66-58 in their recent league bout against Swanville (Swanville, MN)
