The Pirates (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Kendrick (Kendrick, ID). The Tigers come into the 2A Whitepine challenge with a 9-7 record. In their last challenge, Kendrick prevailed over Salmon River (Riggins, ID), 75-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Maniacs encounter the Grangeville Bulldogs (Grangeville, ID) in a 3A Central Idaho challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Orofino will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-13 record after their 71-42 non-league loss to Kamiah (Kamiah, ID).
