North Carolina High School Basketball - Valor Preparatory Academy routed by Queen's Grant

Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Valor Preparatory Academy Owls (Concord, NC), 96-41 in a league match.

With the victory, Queen's Grant upgrades its record to 18-7 on the year. The Stallions travel to Carolina International (Concord, NC) to face the Comets in a 1A Metro 8 match on Wednesday, February 5. The Comets enter the match with a record of 16-5. Carolina International won 74-69 in their recent league match against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC)

The Owls now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carolina International for a 1A Metro 8 match on Friday, February 7. Valor Preparatory Academy will face a Comets squad coming off a 0-0 league Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Comets record now stands at 17-6.
