The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Valor Preparatory Academy Knights (Waco, TX) and the visiting Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Cedar Park, TX), observed Valor Preparatory Academy's basketball team overwhelm Summit Christian Academy by a score of 78-17.
The Knights (20-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Austin Waldorf (Austin, TX). The Roadrunners come into the TAPPS 2A District 5 challenge with a 14-9 record. In their last challenge, Austin Waldorf was routed by Bishop Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX), 46-31, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Holy Trinity Catholic Celtics (Temple, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 5 challenge, on Friday, February 7. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Celtics come into the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 15-0 league loss to Bishop Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX).
