In Tuesday's league contest, the host Appleton North Lightning basketball team scored a big 62-33 triumph over the Oshkosh North Spartans.
The Lightning (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Kimberly (Kimberly, WI). The Papermakers go into the Fox Valley contest with a 17-1 record. In their last contest, Kimberly smashed Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI), 77-28, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Neenah Rockets (Neenah, WI) in a Fox Valley contest, on Friday, February 7. Oshkosh North will attempt to better on its 5-14 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 13-7 record after their 63-61 league win over Appleton East (Appleton, WI).
